On Saturday, my students performed at our annual Spring Recital. (I know it is not technically Spring yet — just wishful thinking!) We had a great day and I’m so proud of my students and their hard work.
Here is a peek at this year’s recital program:
I printed on cardstock “Kraft” paper. I love the look of this paper. Believe it or not, it was the most affordable package of cardstock I could find at Hobby Lobby! (I used a 40% off coupon via their app, of course.)
I am making this recital program available as a free Microsoft Word template to download. If you like the design and it will save you a little time, feel free to use it. All you have to do is add your own students’ information.
Two programs are printed side-by-side on each page. You must cut the programs apart vertically. The front has room for about 15 students and, if you print two-sided, the back can hold another 15 students.
To download: Visit the Printables > Other Resources page and scroll down to “Piano Recital Program Template #4.” The download is a Microsoft Word file (docx).

Thank you so much, Joy! I will definitely use this for our Mother’s Day recital. I’ve used your templates before because graphics aren’t my strong suit. They are beautiful and easy to use; you make me look like a PRO!

I love the look and design of this recital program template! I have downloaded it and tried to open it as well, but my pages end up blank, so I’m not sure what’s going on. 🙁
Love this! I am a new teacher and need any help I can get with recital programs. Thanks a bunch!
Thank you so much! Just used for my first recital as a piano teacher. LOVE IT!
I’m so glad you like the template, Lizzy! I hope your recital went fabulously.
Loved the design of this template! I especially liked how the color scheme was arranged, it definitely made the program stand out. Thank you for sharing!
