Freebie: Lesson Attendance Sheet Updated for 2026-27

I’ve just finished updating one of the studio business forms from my Printables page for the 2025-26 school year: the Lesson Attendance & Payment Sheet PDF.

Although I no longer use this particular sheet in my own studio — I currently prefer charging a monthly flat tuition rate (see this post to read more on that) — I still hear from teachers every year asking whether I’ll be updating it for the new school year. And I’m always glad to make it available!

If this printable is new to you, here’s the basic idea. Write your students’ names in the first column. Then, each week, write the lesson date — using a month/date format — in that week’s column. This gives you a simple way to track attendance at a glance. The small circles in each cell are for marking tuition payments. Whether you charge by the week or by the month, you can place a checkmark beside each paid lesson date.
